Job Description
- Dis-assembly and re-assembly , Grinding , Polishing, De-burring all Necessary tooling for RSB / BiM manufacturing.
- Assist production technician with all daily responsibilities.
- Operation of Stamping Press , BiM Milling and side set.
- Ability to stand and be mobile for 8 hours
- Proper hand dexterity
- Ability to read and follow instructions
- Proficient in precision measuring to - .0001
- Proven Ability to operate and Maintain Automated Surface Grinders
- Proven CNC ability to operate Tooling and cutting sharpener
- Ability to read and prepare orders
- High understanding of machines and components
- Computer and Software navigation ability
- Ability to lift (up to) 40 lbs.
- Math skills appropriate to a machining environment.
- Able to read product prints and check product to match.
- Proficient in the use of measuring devices such as Dial Indicators and Calipers.
- Ability to safely use hand tools correctly.
- Accredited HS Diploma or GED
