Job Summary :
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Content Management Intern to support our team in enhancing technical communication processes. This internship will provide hands-on experience in benchmarking competitor communications, developing standardized content templates, and improving communication workflows for quality-related topics. The intern will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Engineering, Product Management, and Quality, to ensure accurate and effective documentation.
Key Responsibilities :
- Competitor Benchmarking & Best Practices : Research and analyze competitor technical bulletins and communication strategies.Identify best practices and opportunities for improvement in our processes.
- Content Development & Standardization : Create communication templates for customer letters, product bulletins, and internal presentation a structured approach for delivering new product quality communications.
- Process & Workflow Optimization : Establish a tracking procedure for content in progress, ensuring visibility of status and open with engineering and quality teams to define approval workflows for technical content.
- Collaboration & Approval Management : Partner with engineering teams to review and approve technical content.Support updates to manuals and documentation as necessary.
- Project Management & Reporting : Maintain clear documentation of communication processes and updates.Provide regular status reports on content progress, highlighting key milestones and outstanding actions.
