Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Director to lead all aspects of Human Resources for our Sunnyvale, California location. This role will also serve as the primary HR lead / coordinator for our other sites in California and have extended responsibilities for our research and development associates Pittsburgh, PA, and Watertown, MA. The ideal candidate is a strategic and results-oriented HR professional with a passion for building high-performing teams and creating a positive and inclusive work environment.
Key Responsibilities : Strategic HR Leadership :
- Partner with business leaders to develop and execute HR strategies aligned with overall business objectives and regional and global HR teams.
- Provide expert guidance on organizational design, workforce planning, talent acquisition, performance management, compensation and benefits, employee relations, and associate development.
- Proactively identify and address HR challenges and opportunities within the respective divisions and sites.

The base salary range for this full-time position is $219,000 - $250,000. Within the range, individual pay is determined based on several factors, including, but not limited to, work experience and job knowledge, complexity of the role, job location, etc. Your Recruiter can share more details about the specific salary range for this position during the interview process.
