Responsibilities include assessing product maturity and quality, training and mentoring associates on quality methods, and monitoring field performance. You will also support corrective action processes and work closely with manufacturing plants to address product and process quality issues.
We value expertise in quality methods, such as QFD, CTQ, FMEA, and DRBFM. A BS in an engineering discipline or related technical degree is preferred, along with 5 years of relevant experience. We offer a competitive salary range of $95,000 to $115,000 and a comprehensive benefits package.
In this hybrid role, you will be required to work onsite in our Fairport, NY office full-time for the first two months to get acclimated to our people, process, and products. After that, a flexible work arrangement can be discussed, with expectations of being in the office 2-3 times per week.
