Job Description
Bosco’s Specialty Meats is looking for a full-time butcher to join our team in Opelousas, LA. This position will be responsible for preparing meat for daily use and storage.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- At least one year of experience in a meat-cutting or retail environment a plus
- Must be able to lift 50 pounds on a regular basis
- Must have the ability to read and write English.
- Must have the ability to work overtime as needed.
- This position requires standing for long periods of time, bending, twisting, reaching, lifting up to 50 pounds, and working with exposed nerves and eyes.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $9.00 - $10.00 per hour
