Position Overview :
Boson Software is seeking a dynamic and creative Digital Marketing Specialist to join our marketing team in Nashville. As a key player in our marketing department, you will have the opportunity to touch multiple digital components of the Boson Software brand. You will assist with driving engagement and conversions across social media, search engine optimization, paid search, graphic design, and video content. This role is perfect for a versatile marketer who enjoys working across different mediums and is passionate about end-to-end project management.
Key Responsibilities :
SEO : Conduct keyword research and implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and website traffic. Monitor analytics to adjust strategies and ensure continuous improvement.
Paid Search & PPC Campaigns : Create, execute, and optimize paid search campaigns to drive qualified leads and conversions. Track and report on ROI and adjust tactics to improve campaign performance.
Video Production : Assist in the creation of short-form videos for use across social media, paid campaigns, and our website. Collaborate with the team to produce engaging video content that communicates product value and educational resources.
Content Creation & Graphic Design : Design eye-catching graphics for digital marketing campaigns, including email newsletters, social media ads, blog posts, and website assets. Collaborate with the creative team to ensure content aligns with brand guidelines and resonates with the target audience.
Social Media Strategy : Optimize Boson Software's social media presence across multiple platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, X, LinkedIn, and TikTok. Develop content calendars, schedule posts, and engage with our community to drive brand awareness and customer engagement.
Analytics & Reporting : Use data analytics to measure campaign performance, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to continuously refine marketing strategies.
Required Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree; Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field preferred.
- 2 years of experience in digital marketing.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Strong writing, editing, and communication skills.
