**Overview:**
We are seeking a skilled Medical Receptionist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and administrative support in a busy medical office environment. Bilingual -Spanish speakers are a bonus.
**Duties:**
- Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and files.
- Greet and welcome patients, visitors, and staff with a professional and friendly demeanor.
- Answer and direct phone calls, and respond to correspondence in a timely manner.
- Coordinate appointments and schedule tests, procedures, and surgeries.
- Prepare and distribute patient materials and information.
- Utilize Tebra and other electronic medical records systems to update patient records and retrieve information.
- Assist with preparing medical records for release and handle confidential documents.
- Demonstrate excellent customer service skills and resolve patient concerns and issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Perform other administrative duties as needed.
**Requirements:**
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience working in a medical office or hospital environment is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology and procedures.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive patient information.
- Ability to work in a team-oriented environment and maintain a positive attitude.
- Familiarity with filing and document management systems is a plus.
- Experience with medical office management is highly desirable.
- The Medical Receptionist will be expected to be proficient in Microsoft Office and other computer applications.

Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
