Job Description
A Project Manager (PM) manages the workflow of multiple projects from design and engineering to fabrication and installation. The PM coordinates with all internal departments, external vendors, installers and client teams to help in every way necessary to meet deliverables and deadlines, moving projects forward.
Project Managers must be highly organized, attentive to detail, adept in communication and able to work well with team members from various disciplines in a professional manner.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Coordinates and leads meetings with Sales, Design, and Engineering departments at the start of every project
- Coordinates and manages all phases of the project including project scope, schedule management, engineering details, purchasing needs, procurement, production, delivery and installation
- Acquires and documents all decisions, approvals, and action items regarding timelines, final design, engineering, and any details pertaining to the completion of the project
- Ensures all critical field measurements, utility requirements, city codes, and installation details are acquired and documented
- Logs and monitors change order and warranty requests
- Ensures all contract obligations are met and that the project and deliverables stay within the original contracted agreement terms
- Keeps clients up to date with progress photos and videos
- Oversees production of exhibit service and operation manuals
- Follows up with all clients post installation to ensure exhibits are meeting and exceeding expectations
- Ensures quality control of work from manufacturing to final installation
Qualifications:
- 3 to 5 years of experience as a project manager preferred
- Experience with manufacturing, fabrication, design and engineering principals preferred
- Knowledge of project management principles, practices, techniques, and tools
- Ability to read and comprehend building, design, and material schedule spreadsheets, plans, and blueprints
- Ability to communicate (both verbal and written) effectively, both inside and outside the organization
- Ability to plan, organize, and manage multiple, diverse, interrelated projects
- Strong time management skills and comfort with a deadline driven schedule
- Detail oriented individual with pride in workmanship

Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
