Boss Inc. is looking for an Operations Administrative Assistant to work for a client in Hampton Roads. This person will support the Virginia Beach branch of a large company. This position reports directly to the Director of the branch. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Responsible for onboarding and training tasks for new branch/branch support office staff.
- Facilitates SOP orientation, training, and audits.
- Facilitates new branch set ups.
- Maintains the team and contact/location portions of the business website.
- Maintains office supplies/postage for the branch support office.
- Oversees facilities maintenance, housekeeping, office furnishings and décor for the branch support office.
- Oversees the office safety and security SOP for the branches and branch support offices.
- Administers the vehicle operation SOP and manages accidents involving business owned vehicles.
- Responsible for A/P invoice processing for the branch support office.
- Manages business wireless accounts; and responsible for credit card administration.
- Administers the licenses, certs, and reporting SOP. Local and state licenses are maintained by branches.
- Maintains business organizational/entity documents, SAM registration, and SCC filings.
- Administers business IT and cybersecurity.
This job is in person and will start in Chesapeake for 4-6 months until the office moves to Virginia Beach.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $78,094.00 per year
