What are the responsibilities and job description for the Operating Partner/General Manager position at Boss' Pizza and Chicken?
Looking for a career restaurant employee who is ready for the next step of ownership. Candidates should have a minimum of 3 years restaurant experience with at least 2 years in management.
Profiency in the kitchen is a must.
Should have a great understanding of customer satisfaction through fast and friendly service to keep the customers coming back.
Understanding inventory and management of portioning to control food and alcohol cost is imperative.
Experience in managing labor cost and understanding what needs to be done from that perspective for a restaurant/bar to be profitable.
A desire to make money based on how profitable you can make the bar and restaurant by drawing in business by managing staff to provide great customer service and a quality product while maintaining the goals for labor cost and product cost.
