Position Summary: We are seeking a proactive, organized, and customer-focused Residential Assistant Property Manager to support our property management operations. This is a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our residential properties, providing exceptional service to residents, and assisting the Property Manager with a variety of administrative and operational tasks.
Responsibilities:
- Assist the Property Manager with daily operations and resident relations
- Coordinate leasing efforts, including scheduling tours, processing applications, and preparing lease requests
- Respond to resident inquiries, concerns, and service requests promptly and professionally
- Support rent collection and ensure timely processing of payments
- Help monitor property conditions and coordinate maintenance or repairs as needed
- Maintain accurate records, reports, and resident files
- Assist with move-ins, move-outs, and property inspections
- Contribute to resident retention efforts and community engagement initiatives
- Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable laws/regulations
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in property management, leasing, or a customer service-related field preferred
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and a high level of professionalism
- Proficiency with property management software (e.g., AppFolio, Yardi) is a plus
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
