Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and organized Administrative Assistant to support the daily operations of Life Changes Home Care, LLC, Bossladys Famous Shrimp, and Tiny Guardians Foundation. This dynamic role requires a highly organized individual who can multitask, manage communications, and ensure smooth coordination across three thriving businesses in healthcare, food service, and nonprofit sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
General Administrative Support (All Entities):
- Manage shared calendars, schedule appointments, and set reminders for the executive team
- Prepare reports, meeting agendas, and professional correspondence
- Monitor and respond to emails, voicemails, and social media inquiries
- Maintain digital filing systems, records, and databases
- Assist with special projects and event coordination as needed
Life Changes Home Care, LLC:
- Track client and caregiver schedules, appointments, and timesheets
- Support Medicaid billing documentation and private pay tracking
- Assist with client onboarding, intake paperwork, and staff credential updates
- Coordinate community outreach efforts (free events, partnerships)
Bossladys Famous Shrimp:
- Help manage online ordering systems and reservations
- Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and catering clients
- Draft and schedule social media posts, email campaigns, and promotional flyers
- Support payroll documentation and staff scheduling
Tiny Guardians Foundation:
- Assist in managing donation tracking, receipts, and sponsorship letters
- Help coordinate fundraising events, community service initiatives, and grant applications
- Maintain contact lists for donors, volunteers, and partners
- Research funding opportunities and outreach channels
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in administrative or executive support
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, Canva, and basic social media tools
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Self-motivated, reliable, and detail-oriented
- Experience with nonprofits, home healthcare, or food service is a plus
Work Hours & Compensation:
- Flexible hours with weekly check-ins
- Pay based on experience and availability
