As an Architect with BAB , you'll engage in every phase of high-end residential projects. This role emphasizes collaboration with clients, firm principal, design staff and construction managers, enabling you to see your designs come to life in the field. From conceptual design to final walkthroughs, you'll help ensure our projects meet the highest standards of quality and sustainability.

Key Responsibilities :

Lead architectural design processes, crafting functional and stunning solutions tailored to each client.

Develop project plans, construction drawings, and specifications, ensuring compliance and feasibility.

Collaborate closely with project managers, construction teams, and subcontractors.

Conduct site visits to monitor progress, assess adherence to design, and resolve challenges.

Foster open communication with clients to accurately realize their vision.

Mentor junior staff and stay informed on industry trends and software advancements.

Qualifications :

Licensed Architect with at least 7 years of experience in high-end residential or luxury projects.

5 years of Revit experience and proficiency in digital tools; Buildertrend experience is a plus.

Skilled in project management, able to juggle multiple priorities.

Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to meet deadlines.

Strong communication skills with a team-oriented and solution-focused mindset.

Boston-based or willing to relocate for full-time, in-person employment with site visits.

A proven outstanding performer with a commitment to quality.

Salary and Benefits

Full-Time Position

Competitive salary at $100,000 - $160,000 per year, based on experience.
