Friendly family in Winchester is looking for a loving and communicative nanny for their newborn son, who will be about 4 months old at the start of the position, but due to being a preemie will be developmentally like a 3 month old. Applicants must be at least 21 years old, CPR/First Aid certified, current on COVID, flu, and TDAP vaccines, and have a minimum of 3 years of professional infant experience. The family would love to find a nanny seeking a long-term role that can grow with them! Responsibilities will be baby-related and will include bottle feeding, assisting in introducing solids, diaper changes, developmentally appropriate activities, baby laundry, etc. Mom and Dad both work from home occasionally in a separate space, and the nanny will have autonomy during the day. Candidates must be proactive, energetic, punctual, engaging, knowledgeable about child development, and adaptable. Candidates who are experienced and proactive while being open to partnering with the family regarding their preferences are encouraged to apply. On-the-job driving is not anticipated initially, but a valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and clean driving record are required. Schedule: Monday-Friday: 9 AM - 5 PM or 8 AM- 4 PM Rate: $30- $33 per hour, based on experience. Benefits: 2 weeks paid vacation, 1 week paid sick leave, paid holidays. Start Date: March 17th.
