Sweet family in Needham seeking a knowledgeable and engaging nanny for their daughter who will be 4 months old when the position starts. Applicants must be at least 21 years old, CPR and First Aid certified, vaccinated for Flu & TDAP and have a minimum of 3 years of professional infant experience. The family is looking for a nanny to grow with them for years to come. Responsibilities will focus on child-related tasks and include planning developmentally appropriate activities both at home and in the community, managing feeding and sleep schedules, preparing meals, and tidying up after mealtimes and activities. There are two friendly dogs in the home but no pet care is required. Candidates should be interactive, warm, communicative, punctual, routine-oriented, and enthusiastic about playing a part in the baby's growth and development. Driving is optional for this position but preferred. Therefore, a valid driver's license, a clean driving record, and a reliable vehicle are ideal. Dad occasionally works from home and Mom works from home on Mondays and Fridays in a separate space and the nanny will have autonomy during the day. Schedule: Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday from 7 AM to 3 PM, with occasional hours on Fridays. The family will provide two weeks' notice for any Friday shifts. Rate: $30-$35/BOE. Benefits: 2 weeks paid vacation, 5 paid sick days, & paid Federal holidays. Start Date: March 24
