Reliable and Mature Full Time Nanny Needed for 2 Girls

Friendly family in Boston's South End is seeking a loving and responsible full-time nanny for their two daughters (ages 4.9 and 2.7). Applicants must be at least 21 years old, cpr & first aid certified, fully vaccinated for flu, covid, etc..., and have a minimum of 3 years of relevant professional experience. Responsibilities will include all things child related (food prep/clean up, children's laundry, organizing of toys and children's belongings, drop off/pick up at school as needed, etc...). Both children have food allergies, so a strong attention to detail and comfortability/experience working with allergies is required. The girls' school is walking distance away, so a car is not needed and candidates that are open to public transportation are preferred. There is a family car that may be available for use, so a valid license and clean driving record are needed. Dad works from home full time and mom works a hybrid schedule, but the nanny will have full autonomy throughout the day. Candidates that are mature, energetic, hardworking, punctual, organized, and strong communicators will do well in this role. The family follows a Montessori and gentle parenting approach. As the children grow, the family would love for the nanny to grow into more of a hybrid household manager type of position and are hoping to have someone with them for a long time! Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:00am-6:00pm (flexibility for a 7:45am start on days the nanny needs to do school drop off is needed). Rate: $30-35/hr. Benefits: 2 weeks paid vacation, 5 paid sick days, paid holidays, negotiable health care stipend, transportation stipend, continuing education stipend, and 1 paid professional development day.
