Friendly family in Ipswich is looking for a loving and experienced live-in or live-out nanny / family assistant for their 7-year-old twin boys. Applicants must be at least 21 years old, Non-smoking, CPR/First Aid certified, Current on COVID vaccine. Have a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience. The family would love to find a nanny looking for a long-term role that can grow with them! Responsibilities include school drop-off & pick up, snack and meal prep, planning activities, driving to and from activities, basic tidying, grocery shopping and help around the house. Dad works from home in a separate space, so the nanny will have autonomy. Candidates must be Proactive, energetic, punctual, engaging, active, and clear communicators. Those who are warm and loving but can hold firm boundaries while encouraging independence will do well in this role. The family has a pool and is close to the beach so candidates should be comfortable swimming. One of the boys has a severe peanut allergy so previous allergy experience is a plus. On-the-job driving is required, and a family car will be available. Tentative Schedule: M-F: 7:30 AM - 8:30 AM, 2:30 PM - 6:30 PM (hours will be added during school vacations and summer). The family has some flexibility with these hours. Rate: $25-$30 per hour, based on experience. Benefits: 2 weeks paid vacation, 1 week paid sick leave, and paid holidays. Start Date: Is flexible, but ideally late February / early March.
