1-800 Radiator & AC in Pawtucket RI is hiring a full-time Call Sales Representative to join the team. A typical schedule is Monday - Friday 8am-5pm and up to 2 Saturdays per month from 8am-12pm. Hourly rate of pay is $17-$19. This position is hybrid.

About the position
The CSR (Call Sales Representative) is responsible for answering incoming customer calls, providing accurate and competitive quotes on automotive parts, and selling and coordinating delivery of parts. The CSR will also participate in outbound call campaigns, batching of customer payments, and past due collection efforts. This position has some flexibility to work remotely at the direction of the department manager.
Job Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls and provide quotes to customers
- Daily batching of invoices and payments and A/R collections as assigned
- Complete outbound marketing calls and follow up call to customers
- Provide outrageous customer service for all customers
- Promote new & existing product lines with customers
- Abide by the company policies and procedures and work as a team

Requirements and Skills
- High school diploma or equivalent education
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to pass a pre-employment background check
- Inside sales experience preferred
- Knowledge of automotive parts preferred
- Ability to use multiple technologies (computers, telephones, smartphones, etc.)
- Must be able to meet the expected schedule, including 2 Saturdays per month
- Reliable & have a valid driver's license
