We are seeking a Part-time Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our dynamic, supportive team in Newton, MA. Salary: $65/hr
Position Hours:
- Part-time - up to 19 hours per week
- Flexible hours (Service hours: Weekdays 8:30 AM to 3:30 PM)
Key Responsibilities:
As a BCBA at BBLC, you will lead the development and implementation of individualized treatment programs for children with ASD. Your responsibilities will include:
- Conducting initial assessments and functional assessments to guide treatment planning.
- Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans and behavior support plans.
- Overseeing the implementation of programming by Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to ensure quality and consistency.
- Monitoring client progress and making data-driven adjustments to treatment as necessary.
- Supervising and mentoring RBTs, fostering their development and ensuring the highest level of service.
- Providing family support and training to encourage generalization of skills and ensure treatment goals are met effectively.
- Collaborating with families, RBTs, and other professionals such as speech therapists and occupational therapists to create a unified treatment approach.
Qualifications:
- Master’s Degree in Behavior Analysis or related field.
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential.
- Massachusetts Applied Behavior Analyst (LABA) license (or ability to obtain).
- Reliable access to technology (laptop, internet) for communication and data management.
Skills & Competencies:
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple clients and priorities.
- Experience designing treatment plans, behavior intervention programs, and instructional programming.
- Strong supervisory and mentoring skills, especially in guiding RBTs to success.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with families, staff, and other professionals.
- Proficiency in using technology to track data and design effective programs.
