Seeking a Full Time Pediatric LPN to work in BCHP's Pediatric and Adolescent Medicine Office in Hawthorne, NY. Full Time schedule with a pay rate of approx. $28/hr to $33/hr, negotiable based on experience and licensure.

Job Description:
- Perform and accurately record patients' vitals such as blood pressure, temperature, pulse, weight, vision, hearing.
- Prepare, administer and record medications and vaccines
- Documentation of Clinical Data
- Follow up on lab results
- Triage Phone calls
- Completion of school forms
