What You'll Do
We are seeking an exceptional candidate to fill a Knowledge Director (KD) role in POP’s Knowledge Team with a focus on Organization Design & Operating model. As a Knowledge Director, you will work in a growing global team, providing training, analyses and research along all Org Design topics including operating model design, functional org design and benchmarking, and org design implementation to both clients and case teams. You will be expected to partner with case teams and clients to provide knowledge assets, analysis and expert advisory (e.g., collaborate with case teams to and clients as they diagnose structural challenges and seek to adopt more efficient and effective operating models and ways of working). You will collaborate closely with business leaders, acting as a thought partner in providing advice and client-credible insight for proposals, client workshops and commercial campaigns in the domain.
Additionally, as a Knowledge Director, you will drive development of intellectual property, go to market materials, and publications for the Org Design & Operating Model topic. You will manage and develop a Knowledge Team to deliver against business priorities and be accountable for the team's KPIs on billability, work quality, and topic/sector content development.

BCG's Knowledge Team members are staffed on cases and help co-create insights with case teams and clients through expert perspectives on industry trends, delivery of proprietary data or tools in a particular function and complex research and analysis of market information. KT members also support the PA’s business development and proposals and help to organize and codify the knowledge that enables BCG to deliver superior business value for its clients.
Total compensation for this role includes base salary, annual discretionary performance bonus, contributions to BCG's Profit Sharing and Retirement Fund (PSRF), and a market leading benefits package described below.

What You'll Bring
- 7 years consulting experience in relevant Org Design & Operating Model work required; candidates with consulting experience preferred
- In lieu of consulting experience, 8 years minimum industry experience required; 12-14 years of industry experience strongly preferred
- Bachelor's Degree required (advanced degree preferred)
- Specialization in designing effective Support Functions, Organization Design or other closely related field
- Fluency in English; other languages requested in certain locations
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills to interact with and manage internal and external stakeholder while working in a global collaborative team environment
- People management or training experience preferred

- In Chicago and Los Angeles, the base salary for this position is $174,100 (USD)
- In other locations, competitive pay is commensurate with the role and geography
- Annual discretionary performance bonus between 0-30%
- 5% Profit Sharing Retirement Fund (PSRF) contribution, increasing to 10% after two years of service. Contributions are vested immediately and there is no waiting period.
