Experience working a dynamic work environment and managing multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring they complete within scope and on-time.
- Develop comprehensive project plans that outline tasks, timelines, and resource allocation, ensuring alignment with the overall project roadmap.
- Oversaw the implementation of tasks outlined in project plans to successfully attain project objectives.
- Lead customer and partner meetings to gather requirements, organize project activities and provide status updates.
- Guide teams through Agile ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
- Experience building efficient project plans with interlinked dependencies.
- Defines roadmaps for delivery and coordinates with all departments for timelines.
- Monitored progress, report against metrics established and ensure successful deliverables.
- Demonstrate strategic understanding of stakeholder needs, and business and technology objectives.
- Drive the project / project delivery strategy through the consistent application of a project management framework, training, methodologies, metrics, assets, and tools.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools is essential for effective project execution.
