PATIENT COORDINATOR

The Patient Coordinator Role
The administrators at Boston Dental hold an important role in helping patients feel happy and comfortable while understanding their estimates provided for the care they need. Patient care coordinators ensure the reception and waiting areas radiate a welcoming ambiance. Patient care coordinators are responsible for ensuring Boston Dental patients’ administrative needs are met and exceed their expectations. Dental care administrators work together to handle all of the administrative responsibilities with efficiency and proficiency. More importantly, patient care coordinators are part of a close knit dental family, supported with continuing education, and happy with exceptional benefits.
What we are looking for in our patient care coordinator applicants:
- Previous dental office experience (1 year required, 2 years preferred)
- Has excellent communication skills
- Attention to details
- Experience at a multi-specialty practice a plus
- Shows enthusiasm while working with team members
- Is versatile in learning and finding new ways to work in a dental office
- Able to following protocols and systems
Patient care coordinators at Boston Dental will:
- Provide extraordinary administrative care
- Help patients to feel comfortable at each visit while developing and maintaining relationships with patients
- Work along side providers to understand and create treatment plans for patients
