We are seeking a motivated and analytical Business Analyst Associate to join our team in Waltham, United States. In this role, you will support our organization by analyzing business processes, gathering requirements, and contributing to data-driven decision-making.
Assist in gathering and documenting business requirements from stakeholders
Analyze current business processes and identify areas for improvement
Create process flow diagrams, use cases, and other visual aids to communicate complex information
Support the development of business cases and project proposals
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement solutions and process improvements
Conduct data analysis and prepare reports to support business decisions
Participate in user acceptance testing and provide support during system implementations
Assist in creating and maintaining project documentation
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in business analysis
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field
0-2 years of experience in business analysis or a related field
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
Basic knowledge of SQL and experience with business intelligence tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
Familiarity with business process modeling techniques and tools
Experience with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) is a plus
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams
Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and methodologies
Location : In office role at our Waltham, MA office
Reports to : Director, Innovative Digital Technologies
