Responsibilities:
Energetic, proven leader responsible for managing multi-million-dollar programmatic growth in Nuclear Nonproliferation / Global Security Programs (NNGSP) for both National Nuclear Security Administration (NNSA) and U.S. Department of Defense (DOD), Department of Homeland Security, Department of State, the FBI and others. Responsible for building teams to support the NNGSP. Must possess strong team building skills to develop a diverse skill set staff to support these mission objectives. Experience in training development and delivery is highly desirable. Working with customers to create custom solutions is an essential part of the job function.
Requirements:
- B.S. Degree in a technical field.
- 15 plus years in the NNGSP field.
- Must be a U.S. citizen.
- Successful drug screening.
- Must be eligible to obtain and maintain a security or clearance badge.
- An active US Department of Energy (DOE) Q clearance or an equivalent clearance from an agency such as the US Department of Defense (DOD), US Department of State (DOS), US Department of Justice (DOJ)) Top Secret Clearance.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Advanced degree (M.S. or MBA).
- Experience working outside the continental United States of America (OCONUS).
- Training Development / Delivery certification.
- Strong demonstration of leadership.
- Extensive program development track record.
- Experience working withing a United States Government program office.
- Chemical, Biological, Radiation, and Nuclear (CBRN) experience.
- Military experience / background.
Location/Work Arrangement:
- This is a full-time assignment.
- This position has travel/onsite requirements.
- This position can be a Hybrid Work Arrangement.
