Our client, a consumer goods company, is seeking a highly organized and innovative Brand Manager to oversee and grow their children’s product line. As the Brand Manager for the Children’s Category, you will play a pivotal role in driving brand growth, enhancing product visibility, and ensuring alignment with the company’s mission to deliver fun, educational, and parent-approved goods. You will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and staying ahead of market trends to meet consumer needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create and implement strategic brand plans that align with overall company goals and market opportunities.
- Lead the end-to-end process for product rollouts, including market research, positioning, and promotional campaigns.
- Conduct comprehensive market and competitor analysis to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities within the children’s goods sector.
- Work closely with product development, sales, supply chain, and creative teams to ensure cohesive brand messaging and timely product launches.
- Oversee budget allocation for marketing campaigns and evaluate ROI to optimize spending and achieve growth targets.
- Develop initiatives to increase brand loyalty and engagement, utilizing both digital and traditional marketing channels.
- Establish KPIs and continuously track the success of marketing efforts to refine strategies and report insights to senior management.
- Lead and mentor direct reports, ensuring their growth and success with company objectives

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- 4 years of experience in brand management within the consumer goods industry, with a focus on children’s products or similar categories.
- Proven track record of successful product launches and brand growth.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and market insights.
