What are the responsibilities and job description for the Litigation Attorney position at Boston Law firm?
Boston based law firm seeking an associate attorney to work on business, employment, real estate, injury, and commercial litigation matters. Main focus on business disputes, breach of fiduciary duty, breach of contract, business tort, false claims act, employment claims, and real estate disputes. We work on cases in New York as well.
Keen ability to draft demand letters/complaints/discovery/memorandums of law and conduct depositions, mediations, and be second chair on trials. Must be licensed in Massachusetts and federal court. Attorney must be excellent at legal research and writing.
Attorney can work remote but will be required to come to Boston and for trials, depositions, in court motions etc. Most be familair with the rules of evidence and handle cases in the BLS and federal court. Ideal candidate will assist business attorneys with contract formation, entity selection, employment contracts, and severance agreements . Law firm also does real estate and business transactional work.

Pay: $75,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
