What are the responsibilities and job description for the Clinic Manager position at Boston Mountain Rural Health Center?
Boston Mountain Rural Health Center is currently accepting applications for a full-time Clinic Manager at our Conway clinic. The clinic manager will provide oversight and direction for all clinical staff (excluding providers). The Clinic Manager works closely with the Chief Operations Officer and Chief Clinical Operations Officer to ensure quality of care for the patients at Boston Mountain and compliance with state, federal, and grant guidelines.
Qualifications and desired skills include a BA or BS degree with a minimum of 5 years of management experience in a health care setting or at least 3 years of medical office experience in a Community Health Center setting preferred.
