Boston Pads powered offices are rapidly expanding their real estate investment sales division. Current coaching and training entail all aspects of commercial and multi-family real estate including development, financing, advanced research, and landlord/investor advisory services.
As the largest aggregator of investment property owners in MA, we are consistently receiving requests for the procurement of new assets and selling of existing assets from our client base. Because of this outstanding need, the investment sales group will work across multiple product types including but not limited to multi-family, office, industrial, and retail.
Our incredible marketing power and impeccable 20-year track record working with Greater Boston area property owners and institutional investors are asking for additional services; that means more commissions and opportunities for you.
The provided hands-on training combined with available mentors who own investment portfolios themselves can teach you how to grow, manage and operate investments for the highest NOI. We don’t want to pigeonhole you into a “brokerage only” mentality. The goal is to deliver an incredible mix of active and passive income opportunities so you can be a highly successful commercial real estate agent that understands and succeeds in the Boston marketplace. We provide you with your own one-on-one success coach that can also provide you input on how to purchase and reposition properties for outstanding returns.
This is a 100% commission-based sales position with an eye toward generating passive income. Our goal is to make sure you put ample commissions on the board each month so you can purchase real estate investments of your own. We offer unlimited earning and investment potential to people that want to change their lives and achieve short and long-term wealth. Through our continuous open-door learning program, you’re able to ask any real estate-related question –at any time. Sales experience is welcome but not necessary.
For experienced professionals, our real-time database and incredible search engine optimization will keep feeding you amazing leads at a rate you never thought possible. We possess the highest level of search engine volume; this translates into more leads for you with far less effort – spend more time closing transactions and building your book of business. Daily and weekly brainstorming market sessions are provided in small think tank groups.
