Position Summary : This role of a Client Relations Specialist is multifaceted, and combines client support, operational oversight, platform proficiency, and strategic partnership within a startup wealth management firm. Major Responsibilities :
Client Support and Account Management :
- Provide accurate, timely, and effective support to clients, ensuring their accounts are properly maintained and addressing any inquiries or concerns they may have.
- Coordinate onboarding for new clients, handling necessary paperwork and facilitating smooth integration into the firm's systems.
