Their innovative technology empowers organizations to automate repetitive tasks, optimize workflows, and improve overall productivity.
They are seeking a results-driven and motivated Account Executive / Business Development Manager to join their dynamic sales team in Atlanta, GA.
If successful you will play a crucial role in expanding the client base, building strong relationships, and driving revenue growth through RPA and automation solutions.
The business is in a period of sustained growth and is looking to hire a professional who can aid with client engagement and growth.
Account Executive Specification:
- Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities within the RPA and automation space.
- Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers, including CIOs, CTOs, and business leaders.
- Conduct market research to identify target industries and potential clients.
- Present and demonstrate automation solutions tailored to client needs.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets.
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure seamless implementation of solutions.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies.
- 3 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in RPA, automation, SaaS, or enterprise software.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong understanding of automation technologies and digital transformation.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build relationships with C-level executives and key stakeholders.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Experience using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) to manage pipeline and sales activities.
