As the Dealer/LicenseeBusiness Development Manager, you will be charged with seeking out and identifying operators for c-store locations
Specific Role Responsibilities:Recruiting top level candidates to be a dealer or licensee for the company.
Create a bench for current and future openings within the network Lead and oversee the administrative aspects of the license agreement.Hold open house events to drive awareness and traffic to locations where opportunities exist. Attend expos and related events to expand company presence and create a pipeline for future opportunitiesTrack data and success rates to present to the executive teamWork closely with Field Operations to understand specific needs of the store (I.E Truck stop, Expanded Food Programs, Etc...)
Travel is essential to the success of this role.
Experience: Proven track record recruiting dealers/operators/licensees Mid-Senior Level Retail Business Development Marketing Sales
