We are looking to expand our presence in Ace Hardware, both in-store and online, and are seeking an experienced Sales Representative with strong connections to Ace Hardware to help us achieve this goal. Key Responsibilities
Ace Hardware Expansion & Sales Growth
Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to secure Monument Grills’ placement in Ace Hardware stores
Identify and manage new sales opportunities, with a primary focus on Ace Hardware and other dealer networks.
Leverage existing relationships with Ace Hardware buyers to drive product listings, promotions, and sales growth.
Deliver engaging and persuasive sales presentations to potential clients.
Contract Negotiation & Pricing Strategy
Work closely with prospective clients to negotiate and finalize contracts.
Develop competitive pricing schedules for quotes, promotions, and negotiations.
Ensure smooth onboarding, supply chain coordination, and compliance with Ace Hardware vendor requirements.
Sales Reporting & Market Analysis
Prepare and assess weekly and monthly sales reports to track performance and identify opportunities.
Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activities, and Ace Hardware purchasing strategies.
Align sales efforts with marketing strategies to optimize outreach and impact.
Client & Order Management
Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
Manage deposits, payments, and sales contract submissions efficiently.
Address inquiries regarding pricing, credit terms, product availability, and more.
Conduct client visits and meetings to assess needs and introduce products.
Qualifications & Requirements
Proven sales experience in the BBQ, outdoor kitchen, or home improvement industry.
Existing relationships and direct experience working with Ace Hardware buyers (Required).
Strong understanding of sales processes, negotiations, and client relationship management.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently in a remote setting while meeting sales targets.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Strong organizational and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment.
