Role: Account Executive
Location: Manhattan - Hybrid
Salary: $110K–$120K Base / $220K–$240K OTE
Are you ready to join a fast-growing AI-driven company transforming workforce management? We’re seeking a motivated Account Executive to drive enterprise expansion and scale SMB sales efforts for an innovative SaaS platform.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own the full sales cycle: outreach, qualification, demos, negotiation, and close.
- Target SMBs (<250 employees) with deal ACVs of $20K–$70K.
- Help mature and scale the sales motion in a high-growth environment.
Requirements:
- 5–8 years of B2B SaaS sales experience.
- Proven success at a Series A/B/C startup or worked in a startup environment
- Mid-market Sales experience
- Strong communication, negotiation, and deal structuring skills.
- Experience in strategy and deal structuring
- SaaS Quota of $700k (Highly Desirable)
