They are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Internal Recruiter with experience in interview scheduling and talent acquisition.
This role will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle both direct hiring and with external recruiters, coordinating interviews, and ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, communicative, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Internal Recruiter Specification:
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and onboarding candidates.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews across multiple teams and stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and recruitment strategies.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience by maintaining timely communication and feedback.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
- 2-4 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR-related roles.
- Proven experience in interview scheduling and coordination.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
