Job Summary:
As an Internal Recruiter at Rise Alliance, you will be responsible for managing the full-cycle recruitment process for a variety of roles within the organization. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, develop sourcing strategies, and ensure a seamless candidate experience. This role requires a proactive and strategic approach to talent acquisition, ensuring we attract and retain the best professionals in the industry.
Responsibilities:
- Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Source, screen, and interview candidates for a variety of roles across different departments.
- Manage the full recruitment life cycle, including posting job ads, conducting interviews, coordinating assessments, and extending job offers.
- Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for future hiring needs.
- Utilize job boards, social media, networking events, and other recruitment channels to attract top talent.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience by maintaining clear and timely communication throughout the hiring process.
- Collaborate with the HR team to support onboarding and workforce planning initiatives.
- Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or a related field preferred.
- 3 years of experience in recruitment, with a focus on corporate or in-house talent acquisition.
- Strong sourcing skills, including experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, college job fairs, job boards, and networking strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships across all levels of the organization.
- Ability to manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software.
- A proactive, results-driven approach with strong problem-solving skills.
