Job Details
- Accountable for the successful delivery of a technical solution that meets the expected timeline, budget and stakeholder outcomes
- Responsible for the construction and management of a project plan that identifies critical path dates, internal & external dependencies, key milestones associated with expected outcomes and resource requirements
- Conducts project kickoff for all stakeholders and team members to ensure expectations are aligned on all aspects of the project
- Work closely with External Project Managers to ensure cross-dependences are appropriately communicated and delivered to meet expected dates and functionality
- Responsible for the preparation and effective reporting of overall project status as necessary
- Captures and maintains all project information in the appropriate tool(s), ensuring information is updated in a manner that is timely, accurate and easily consumable by all audiences
- Manage resources to ensure the project has the optimal team to successfully delive
- Qualifications:
- Project management experience in Agile and Waterfall
- project coordinators with a solid it background/understanding, a major focus on AP & AR along with Integration experience.
- They need to have experience driving and coordinating projects.
