The Client Service Representative (CSR) Manager provides top-notch client service for clients and pets and serves as the leader of the reception team. The exceptional CSR Manager has the ability to diffuse negative client situations and foster client bonding while working to maintain a positive team environment within the hospital. The CSR Manager will work with the other BVC CSR Managers to create the Client Service Representative (CSR) Schedule and to find coverage when CSRs call out. The CSR Manager will address client complaints and concerns, CSR reviews and staffing concerns in partnership with the rest of the clinic leadership (Technician Manager, Surgical Manager, and Medical Director) and monitor continuity of Client Care.

Pay: $25.00 - $29.00 per hour
