Job Summary: We are seeking a passionate and dedicated individual to serve as the Part-Time Regional Director for our Before and After School Program. The Regional Director will oversee multiple program locations within a designated region, ensuring quality operations, compliance with safety standards, and the overall success of the program. This role requires strong leadership, effective communication, and a commitment to providing a safe and enriching environment for children.
Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and supervise a team of site coordinators and staff across multiple locations.
- Conduct regular site visits to ensure programs are being delivered according to organizational standards.
- Provide support and guidance to site leaders to improve program delivery.

- Recruit, train, and retain program staff to ensure high-quality service.
- Conduct performance evaluations for site coordinators and support staff development.
- Implement staff training programs related to child safety, activity planning, and customer service.

Program Quality and Compliance:
- Ensure that each site adheres to all local, state, and federal regulations, including safety, health, and licensing requirements.
- Monitor program delivery to maintain high standards of activity planning, child engagement, and overall program quality.
- Review and analyze data on program performance, including attendance, safety incidents, and feedback from parents/guardians.

- Act as the primary liaison between the program locations and senior management.
- Provide regular updates to the Executive Director on regional performance, challenges, and success stories.
- Address parent concerns, staff issues, and any operational challenges at the regional level.

- Oversee regional budget and resource allocation, ensuring the efficient use of materials and supplies.
- Support the procurement of materials, equipment, and other resources needed for program success.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in education, child development, or related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in program management, preferably in education or child care settings.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of leadership experience in managing multiple locations or teams.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with program management software.
- Passion for working with children and a commitment to their safety and well-being.
- Must pass background checks as required by state and local regulations.
Hours and Schedule:
- This is a part-time position, approximately 25-30 per week.
- Flexible hours with a mix of office-based and field-based work (site visits).
Compensation:
