Job Summary:

Our Client is seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to serve as a Field Supervisor and Project Manager, combining hands-on leadership of on-site operations with strategic project oversight. This hybrid role involves supervising field teams, ensuring efficient day-to-day operations, and managing projects from initiation to completion. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational and leadership skills, the ability to manage multiple priorities, and a commitment to delivering high-quality results within deadlines and budgets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate field operations, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently, safely, and in compliance with company policies.
• Oversee field staff, assign tasks, and monitor performance to maintain high standards of productivity and quality.
• Develop and manage project plans, including scope, timeline, resource allocation, and budgets.
• Act as the primary point of contact between field teams, clients, and internal stakeholders, ensuring clear and consistent communication.
• Monitor project progress and field activities, identify potential risks, and implement solutions to address challenges.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and industry standards on all job sites.
• Conduct site inspections to verify work quality, adherence to plans, and compliance with safety protocols.
• Prepare and deliver regular updates, progress reports, and project status presentations to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure resource availability and resolve operational or project-related issues.
• Drive continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to optimize workflows and enhance project delivery.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, construction management, engineering, or a related field (preferred).
• Proven experience in field supervision and project management, preferably in [industry, e.g., construction, manufacturing, or energy].
• Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage teams and projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency in project management tools and software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Trello, or similar platforms).
• Knowledge of safety regulations and field operation protocols.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with clients, teams, and stakeholders.
• Ability to travel to field locations and adapt to dynamic working environments.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or similar (preferred).

Work Environment:
This position requires a mix of on-site supervision at field locations and office-based project management responsibilities. Travel to field sites and occasional extended hours may be necessary to meet project deadlines.
