Key Responsibilities:

- Ensure timely submission of proposals while maintaining high standards of quality.

- Manage a repository of technical content, developing graphics and layouts to enhance document presentation.
- Edit and proofread documents for accuracy and clarity, guaranteeing error-free deliverables.
To be successful in this role, you will have a bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field and at least 5 years of experience in engineering, construction, or public agencies.
