You will develop comprehensive technical documentation, collaborate with our Proposal Team, and engage with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure timely completion of projects.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop technical documentation, including civil engineering proposals and reports, in response to RFQ and RFP related to State Agencies, municipal, and public works projects.
- Collaborate with our Proposal Team to review and finalize all documents needed to submit proposals to clients.
- Work closely with our civil and structural engineers to gather and translate technical data into clear, effective, impactful, and well-structured documents for both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Monitor schedules and timelines for document development and proposal submission, ensuring all deadlines are met according to requirements and objectives.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in engineering, construction, or public agencies, preferably within civil engineering or a similar industry.
- Strong understanding of civil engineering principles, construction processes, and public works projects.
- Excellent written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts clearly and concisely.
- Ability to work in a team by collaborating and communicating effectively with cross-functional colleagues.
