Managerial-level position accountable for the administrative management of a treatment unit. Responsible for setting work schedules, delegating assignments, assigning tasks and evaluating employee performance. Also accountable for establishing employee policies and procedures. Supervises professional staff and supervisors.

Essential Functions:
The essential functions include, but are not limited to, the following. Additional essential functions may be identified and included by the hiring agency:
· Accountable for the administrative management of a treatment unit.
· Responsible for setting work schedules, delegating assignments, assigning tasks and evaluating employee performance.
· Accountable for establishing employee policies and procedures.
· Supervises professional staff and supervisors.
Typically requires a Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) designation, 5 years of related experience, and 1-2 years of supervisory experience May require some college credit by hiring agency.
