Key Responsibilities
Brand Management : Develop and maintain a consistent brand image and messaging across all marketing channels. Proactively communicate Bot Auto's differentiators.
Content Creation : Development of compelling content including blog posts, white papers, case studies, website copy, and marketing collateral to showcase Bot Auto's technology and value proposition. Create content that addresses various stakeholders, including investors, logistics companies, truck drivers, and the general public.
Digital Marketing : Enhance Bot Auto's digital footprint through a professional website, active social media channels, and targeted digital marketing campaigns. Utilize social media platforms for targeted outreach and industry engagement.
Website Management : Ensure the company website is up-to-date, visually engaging, and effectively communicates the brand's message and latest developments.
Social Media : Develop and execute a strategic social media plan to enhance brand presence and industry engagement across platforms.
Videographer : Oversee the creation of high-quality video content that supports marketing initiatives, storytelling, and brand visibility.
Graphics : Manage or coordinate graphic design needs to enhance marketing materials and digital assets.
Event Management : Plan and execute participation in industry events and conferences. Represent Bot Auto at forums and speaking opportunities to build brand awareness and generate leads.
Market Research and Analysis : Monitor market trends, competitive activities, and customer feedback to adjust marketing strategies and identify new opportunities.
Internal Journalist : Develop and share internal and external stories that align with the company's vision and strategy, ensuring consistent and compelling narratives.
Metrics and Analysis : Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of marketing efforts and make data-driven decisions. Monitor website traffic, social media engagement, media coverage, lead generation, and partnership development.
Partnership Development : Work with business development to engage with potential customers (3PLs), strategic shippers, OEMs, and Tier 1 suppliers to drive business development.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
8 years of experience in marketing, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
Proven track record of developing and executing successful B2B marketing strategies, preferably in the technology or transportation industries.
Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media, content marketing, and public relations.
Experience working with a technology company, preferably in AI or autonomous vehicles, is a plus.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Experience with marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and analytics platforms.
Strategic thinker with a data-driven approach and a creative mindset.
Strong leadership skills and ability to build and manage high-performing teams.
Ability to travel as required for conferences and company meetings.
Familiarity with the trucking and logistics industries is a plus.
