Job Overview:
As a Golf Cart Salesperson at Botero Carts, you will be the face of our brand, providing excellent customer service and driving sales of our premium golf carts. You will work closely with customers to understand their needs, demonstrate our product features, and guide them through the purchasing process. A passion for customer service and a knowledge of golf carts are essential for success in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Engagement: Greet customers in a friendly, professional manner, identify their needs, and provide tailored recommendations on Botero Carts products.
- Product Demonstrations: Conduct thorough, engaging demonstrations of golf carts, highlighting features, benefits, and customization options.
- Sales Transactions: Handle all aspects of the sales process, from initial inquiry to closing the deal. This includes negotiating terms, processing payments, and finalizing contracts.
- Product Knowledge: Maintain a deep understanding of our product lineup, including new releases, upgrades, and accessories. Stay updated on industry trends.
- Customer Relations: Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with customers through exceptional service, follow-ups, and addressing any concerns.
- Inventory Management: Assist with managing inventory, ensuring that the showroom is well-stocked and displays are always organized.
- Sales Targets: Meet and exceed monthly sales targets, contributing to the overall success of the sales team and company.
- Market Research: Stay informed about local market conditions and competitor offerings to better understand customer needs and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Previous sales experience is preferred, especially in automotive, recreational vehicles, or luxury products. Golf cart experience is a plus but not required.
- Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to connect with customers and articulate product benefits clearly.
- Sales Ability: Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets, with a self-driven attitude and a strong work ethic.
- Customer Service: Exceptional service skills, with a passion for helping customers find the perfect product.
- Team Player: Ability to work effectively within a team, while also being able to work independently and take initiative.
- Tech-Savvy: Comfort with technology and CRM software to manage customer data and sales processes.
