We are BOTINKIT, a fast-growing Series B, 300 employee, technology company redefining kitchen operations. Our flagship product, OMNI, is an AI-powered cooking robot that helps restaurant brands reduce labor costs, maintain menu consistency, and expand effortlessly.
Who We are Looking For
We are hiring full-time Regional Sale Manager for Florida area, starting in March. We are looking for someone who is natural at selling and passionate about food and technology. In this role, you will lead the full sales cycle and close deals with multi-unit local restaurants.
Responsibilities
- Explore and manage the pipelines of chain restaurants in Florida region
- Manage the end-to-end sales cycle: prospect, pitch, close deals, and onboard new customers
- Proactively reach out to prospects via phone, email, and face-to-face meetings
- Understand client challenges, propose tailored solutions, and work closely with our chef and after-sales teams
Requirements
- Proven experience in restaurant tech sales or customer management—background in Kitchen ware manufacture/ Dealer, Culinary e.g. Executive Chef or experience in restaurant automation is a huge plus.
- Strong existing relationships with decision-makers (e.g., operations directors, owners) in 3 locations, small-to-medium chain restaurants of which the menu contains Stir fried Cusines
- 5 years in B2B or enterprise sales, with a consultative, long-term approach
- Based in Florida Region, with flexibility to travel as needed
