QA Lead With Strong Digital Banking Experience
Southington, CT - Hybrid Model
12 Months - Long Term

Pay Rate- $50-60/Hour

Experience :
12 years in Quality Assurance, with at least 5 years in a lead role for Digital Banking projects.
Proven expertise in testing web and mobile applications, including cross-browser testing.
Banking domain knowledge is mandatory; experience with Fiserv applications is highly desirable.
Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Technical Skills:
Proficiency in QA tools like JIRA, ALM, Selenium, or Appium for test management and automation.
Familiarity with cross-browser and cross-platform testing tools.
Knowledge of APIs and backend testing is a plus.

Soft Skills:
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage competing priorities.

Preferred Qualifications:
Certification in ISTQB or equivalent QA certifications.
Hands-on experience with Fiserv Digital Banking applications or similar systems.
Familiarity with CI/CD tools and processes for integrated testing pipelines.
