BARTENDER RESPONSIBILITIES
include but are not limited to:
- Responsible for set-up/breakdown and continual maintenance of bar
- Demonstrate a hospitable experience for the guest making the guest the number one priority
- Attend pre-shift meetings and be aware of posted information from previous shifts
- Extensive knowledge of the menu and ingredients being able to pair beverages with dishes
- Extensive knowledge of beverage program and wine service
- Handle P.O.S. quickly and efficiently
- Happily assist other employees in their tasks
- Perform station opening/closing and sidework duties each shift always checking out with the manager on duty
- Notify the manager of any guest complaint, issues with equipment or breakage that would affect the supply or quality of items for service
- Demonstrate leadership by displaying job expertise, flexibility, positive attitude, initiative, organization, communication skills and enthusiasm
- Understand and embody the Bottega Louie brand.
COMPENSATION
- Beginning at $19.08/hr
- The additional tip pool distributions may be in the range of $23.00 - 29.00/hr based on recent average sales data.
- Tip pool participation subject to California Labor Code & Fair Labor & Standards Act

Qualifications
BARTENDER QUALIFICATIONS
- A positive attitude and the ability to work collaboratively with a team
- A genuine passion for providing the highest level of hospitality to all of our guests
- Excellent customer service and organizational skills
- Sufficient wine, beer, and liquor knowledge
- Capable of working in a fast-paced environment
- Maintain a professional appearance and the ability to adhere to Bottega Louie standards
- Must have a flexible schedule, available to work 30 hours per week (for Full Time): days, nights and/or weekends
- ServSafe (recommended) or California Food Handlers Certification
- RBS Training (Responsible Beverage Service)
Salary : $23 - $29
