- People who are Full-time professionals available to work 40 hours per week, able to lift 35 lbs and stand and move for extended period of times

- Provide world-class service to all guests, ensuring their needs are promptly and courteously met.
- Answer incoming phone calls and respond to customer inquiries and reservation requests with warmth and professionalism.
- Monitor and promptly respond to customer emails with attention to detail and a sense of urgency.
- Count and verify large volumes of cash accurately and efficiently.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures regarding cash handling and security.
- Adhere to all applicable regulations and guidelines governing cash handling and reporting.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
GUEST SERVICES QUALIFICATIONS
- Previous customer service experience preferred.
- Previous experience in cash handling or counting is a plus.
- Strong numerical aptitude and attention to detail required.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in basic computer skills.
- Maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings and weekends if required.
