The Sales Support Coordinator will work closely with our sales and operations teams to ensure data accuracy, streamline processes and nurture strong customer relationships. Key Responsibilities :
Data Management & Reporting :
- Refresh and maintain monthly sales data and Nielsen reports, ensuring accuracy and completeness (this process may require up to two days per week).
- Prepare monthly sales recaps for Customer Development Managers, providing key insights on account performance.
- Respond to ad hoc data and reporting requests from the sales team to support strategic decision-making.
